Tracking information is provided once the order is dispatched
International shipping is available, but delivery times and customs duties vary by country

Silverix does not guarantee coverage for customs clearance, duties, or local taxes.
Any applicable fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders may be cancelled or modified before production begins

Returns, Damages & Replacements
Items are produced to order. Standard returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect
If your item is damaged or incorrect, submit an enquiry within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photographic evidence
Eligible cases may qualify for a free replacement, subject to review
Custom Prints
Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless defective
Installation & Wall Surfaces
Please refer to the included instructions or FAQ for magnet installation guidance
Silverix is not liable for damage caused by improper installation or unsuitable wall surfaces
Lost or Delayed Orders
