Orders

• If there are any issues with your order (e.g., product availability or payment issues), we will contact you as soon as possible.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or if any terms are violated.
   

Custom Metal Posters

• For custom designs, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all submitted content complies with copyright and intellectual property laws. Silverix is not responsible for unauthorised use of images or artwork.

• Custom designs are final once approved by the customer and cannot be altered after printing has begun.
   

Delivery & Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders, including custom designs, are processed within 2-5 business days. This includes design review, printing, and packaging.

• Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

  • Domestic shipping: 3-7 business days

  • International shipping: 7-21 business days

• Silverix is not responsible for shipping delays due to courier services, customs, or other unforeseen factors.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

• Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.
   

Returns & Refunds
At Silverix, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied, please refer to the following guidelines:

• Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product.

  • Only unused, undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible for return.

  • Custom metal posters are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
     

• Return Process:

  • Include your order number, details of the issue, and photos of any damage or defects.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
     

• Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund once we verify the damage or defect.

• Custom designs submitted by customers must not infringe on the rights of others. Silverix is not liable for any legal issues arising from the use of copyrighted material in custom orders.
