• Custom image prints are produced from customer-supplied files. Customers confirm they own or have rights to the uploaded images.

• We reserve the right to refuse orders if content is illegal, offensive, or infringes intellectual property rights.

3. Ordering

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance until payment is processed and confirmed.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including technical errors or stock issues.

4. Payment

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

• Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by location.

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard production and shipping times: 5–10 business days

• International shipping is available. Shipping times and customs duties vary by country.

• Silverix does not guarantee coverage of customs clearance, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.

6. Returns, Damages & Replacements

• All items are produced to order. Standard returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• If your item is damaged or incorrect, submit an enquiry within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photographic evidence.

• Eligible cases may qualify for a free replacement, subject to review.

• Custom printed items are non-returnable unless defective.

• Customers must ensure images uploaded for custom printing are of sufficient quality (recommended 300 DPI).

• By submitting an image, you confirm that you have the legal rights to print the image.

• Silverix reserves the right to refuse custom prints if the image is inappropriate or violates intellectual property laws.
